I have lost my booking confirmation number?

If you have lost your booking confirmation number, don't worry. When entering the attraction, alert our admissions staff that you lost your booking confirmation and show them the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets. 

Please note, to help eliminate fraud: for all online bookings, please make sure you bring the credit card you paid with along with you. If somebody else paid, please bring a signed letter from the card holder.
