Yes! Service animals, including guide dogs and hearing dogs, are welcome throughout most areas of Madame Tussauds New York and may accompany their handler through the standard queue lines.
Please note that service animals are not permitted on the 7D Interactive Ride due to safety restrictions. Additionally, the Marvel Universe 4D Cinema features loud noises, special effects, and scents that may not be suitable for some service animals. Participation in the 4D experience is at the handler's discretion.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, service animals must remain on a leash at all times and be under the handler's control. Any aggressive or disruptive behavior toward guests or team members is not permitted. Service animals must remain with their handler and may not be left in the care of other guests or team members.
