Yes! Elevators are available on every floor of Madame Tussauds New York and are staffed by Operations Hosts who can assist guests as needed.
If you require elevator access, please speak with a team member when you arrive. A host will be available to escort you through the first two floors of the attraction, which typically takes around 15 minutes. After that, you can continue your visit at your own pace using the self-guided route, with elevators and team members located throughout the attraction to assist you.
We are committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests.
